The below form is a pre-order request form. If you are asking for changes to color and/or design of existing Pictastore.com products, please enter the product code (SKU) in the respective field. If you want to order a completely personalized piece, please enter the product type in the respective field. You can upload the draft sketch for your own custom designs in the Files field or even an image which corresponds to the description noted in the Notes field. Generally we construct products based on Picta sizes ( buraya sizing guide/chart için linkleme) but all products can also be built to your custom size upon request. Please indicate the custom size specifications in the Notes field. There will be an extra charge for custom sizing which varies depending on the product type.

Once you submitted this form, we will contact you and get to know all your needs, wants and budget. Please ensure that you have entered your contact information correctly so that we can get back to you without delay.

After discussion of the price, the time frame and other details, we will send you the order form through which you can provide size information and also appropriate quantity according to size information. After the order form is received, we will inform you of the prospective delivery time. We do not count the time in which we have been speaking with a client and/or the time it takes for a client to make a decision to have us prepare their order as part of the time it actually takes to prepare their order.

A completed order form and a 50% deposit is required to process the order. Payment of the deposit and the final payment are made directly through this website. Once we received the completed order form and the deposit, we will begin working on your order right away.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed. As your costumes are custom made, no returns will be accepted.
