There is no return option for the products you buy from www.pictastore.com.tr. However, after the product is delivered to you, you can request an exchange with another product of the same amount within 14 working days.

The product requested for exchange must be returned unused, with tags, complete (with accessories, belts, etc.) and undamaged. There should not be any adhesive material (tape, shipping label, etc.) on the package. Submissions that do not meet these criteria cannot be exchanged. In order for the exchange request to be processed, the "Exchange/Return Request Form" must be submitted as filled and signed, together with the invoice we have sent to you.

In case of model, size and color change requests, the return shipping fee of the products to be changed belongs to our customers. If the product is defective by our company, only the same model, color and size can be changed, no exchange or refund can be made for a different product.

Products within the scope of hygiene rules cannot be exchanged.

It is recommended that you contact us before shipping the product before any exchange process. The change request is processed upon receipt of the product by www.pictastore.com.tr.

Cancellation Procedure

It is possible to cancel your order before the shipping process begins. Please contact us within 1 business day so that the orders you have paid for can be canceled before they are shipped. The fee of the products whose payment has been completed and whose cancellation has been approved will be returned to you within 2-3 days.
